With the entry into force of Law 675/96, containing provisions for the protection of persons and other subjects as regards the handling of personal details, the Holder of the handling service is required to supply information regarding the use of the personal details.
Source of personal details
The personal details are gathered directly from customers, professionals and/or suppliers and also from third party sources, such as details available in public registers, lists, acts or documents available to anyone, as well as from data processing centres. Detail obtained from this last source will be accompanied by an informative letter at the time of their registration and no later than the first communication. In all cases, these details and handled in observance of the abovementioned law.
Aims of the data handling service
The data will be used for the purpose of fulfilling specific accounting, commercial and credit access obligations and for purposes linked with legal obligations, regulations and EEC standards, as well as provisions issued by the legally appointed authorities; a further purpose being a direct marketing activity, aimed at presenting the purchase of the services offered by SkillMedia Master srl to potentially interested companies.
Data handling methods
The data will be handled legitimately, correctly and in complete confidentiality. It will be registered and stored in computerised, paper and telematic archives and will not be sold, exchanged or rented to third parties.
Categories of subjects to whom data may be transferred
In the performance of our activities, we also make use of independent companies for certain phases necessary in order to provide our services, such as professional studios and data processing centres. Consequently, if the person concerned does not consent to the communication and related handling by third parties, we will be unable to go ahead with the operations that require such communication. Subjects belonging to the categories to which data can be transferred will use the data as “Holders” in accordance with the law, in complete autonomy, being extraneous to the original handling system used.

Italian Law n° 675 31/12/1996 states that those concerned may exercise the rights pursuant to art. 13 including:
- knowledge of the personal details registered, their origin and the purposes for which they will be handled, their availability in intelligible form with the possibility for cancellation, updating or rectification.
- opposition of the handling of the data for the purposes of commercial information, dispatch of advertising material, direct sale and interactive commercial communication.
